Name: Joe Haden

Position: Cornerback

Hometown: Ft. Washington, Md

Full Scholarship: University of Florida

College Major:  Sociology

 

NUC History: 2005 QB/DB Standout National Underclassmen Combine. Accepted Scholarship as the starting cornerback for Florida. Had 4.5 40 at the NUC Event. His Brother Josh also attended for two years and is committed to Boston College.

Update:  Became the first true freshman to start at cornerback on opening day in University of Florida history in 2007.  Haden started all 40 games that he played in as cornerback for the Gators and finished his career with 218 total tackles, 157 solo, 34 pass breakups, eight interceptions and 3.5 sacks. Was drafted #7 in the 2010 first round of the NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns.

 

Name: Tajh Boyd

Position: Quarterback

Hometown: Hampton, Virginia

NUC History: Tajh Boyd was one of NUC's most spectacular quarterback as he ran away with NUC's 2007 quarterback MVP honor.

Update: Ranked as #4 QB in the Class of 2009 by Rivals.com, Boyd continues to impress and his accolades speak for themselves.  The highly recruited quarterback has not disappointed at Clemson.  Rated #5 QB in the Class of 2009 by ESPN.com; a Five Star QB by Scout.com, and a Four-Star QB by Rivals.com Rivals.com, Boyd is a leader and a winner with great poise and arm strength.

 

Name: Steve Beauharnais

Position: Linebacker

NUC History: One of NUC's standout competitors, Steve Beauharnais was an unstoppable linebacker at the NUC 2007 Northeast combine.

Update: Beauharnais, a sophomore from Saddle Brook, will take over at middle linebacker this season for the Scarlet Knights. Beauharnais made his presence felt last year as one of only two freshmen to play in every game. Beauharnais blocked a punt and returned it 11 yards for a touchdown on against Army, had seven tackles against West Virginia and recorded two of his five sacks against Central Florida in the St. Petersburg Bowl.  Still, just a year into his Rutgers career, Beauharnais knows the best is yet to come.

Position: Running Back

Update: This 6'0", 218 pound RB ran for 1,197 yards and 17 TDs during the 2010 season for South Carolina. He was unanimously selected as Freshmen of the Year by CBSSports.com

Update: Robert Woods finished the 2010 season with 65 receptions for 792 yards and 6 TDs.

 

Name: Aaron Murray

Position: Quarterback

Hometown: Tampa, FL

Full Scholarship: Georgia

College Major: Psychology

 

Update: Aaron Murray was ranked #14 among Division I college quarterbacks with a 154.5 rating. He passed for 3,049 yards and 24 touchdowns.

Position: Defensive Tackle

Full Scholarship: Auburn

Update: Nosa Equae totaled 22 tackles for the season.

 

Name: Cameron Saddler
